This research is a follow-up to LIFT’s 2016 ‘Rapid assessment of land conflict drivers, land disputes, and grievance redress mechanisms’ in three regions of Ethiopia. It details how the recommendations can be practically implemented, setting out recommendations to update procedures for second level land certification (SLLC) implementation.
