How can women and people from vulnerable groups be encouraged to take a more active part in the SLLC process?

This summary of LIFT’s Strategy to Effectively Engage Women and Vulnerable Groups During SLLC aims to develop a feasible and effective modality to support the active involvement of women and vulnerable groups (VGs) in the second level land certification (SLLC) processes of LIFT to secure their land use rights. The study assesses the implementation of LIFT’s SLLC manual in relation to women and VGs and identifies the strengths and limitations of LIFT’s approach to SLLC as well as LIFT’s SLLC communications strategy and how it addresses the needs and interests of women and VGs. The study also provides recommendations based on findings.
