LIFT baseline survey report
This report presents findings from a baseline survey conducted in area locations of the Land Investment for Transformation (LIFT) programme coupled with matched control areas proximate to the LIFT programme area. The survey focussed on examining topics such as population demographics, livelihoods, existing landholdings, first level land certification, land disputes, land practices, existing engagement in renting or sharecropping and financial services.
