Second level land certification outcome survey

This large-scale household survey contacted 2,800 households across Amhara, Oromia, SNNPR and Tigray to examine the impact of second level land certification (SLLC) on tenure security, disputes, land rental and credit markets and changes in investment. The survey also investigates landholders’ participation in and satisfaction with the SLLC process and provides evidence on the impact of SLLC on women in male-headed and female-headed households as well as other vulnerable groups.
