The importance and use of a monitoring system in delivering and upscaling land registration and administration programmes
This paper, presented at the 2016 World Bank Land Conference, explains the high importance of monitoring systems in delivering land administration programmes throughout the programme lifecycle. This includes measuring progress against a set trajectory and changes in implementation based upon results and analysis of the monitoring system.
