The Rural Land Administration and Use Directorate (RLAUD) is one of several directorates in the Ministry of Agriculture set up to ensure the stability and security of land tenure. This document aims to create an efficient monitoring system for all RLAUD activities, including those sponsored by development programmes. It documents all RLAUD’s data and reporting needs so that performance can be reviewed at all levels. It also ensures that RLAUD’s key performance indicators, such as the Growth and Transformation Plan II, are met.
